ATP Seal Check
Seal checks are provided in order to ensure the quality of the sealing machine.
Sterilization pouches are made of medical-grade paper & laminate. The laminate consists of two or more layers. Upon sealing the closest film to the paper, it starts to melt first but it’s necessary for all the layers to be melt afterward in order to make the sterility efficient. Otherwise, there won’t be any sterile barriers and microorganisms will pass through the pouches easily.
So by daily application of seal-checks, there will be assurance about the sealing machine quality & afterward an efficient bacterial barrier & sterility.
